Why Clé?

  • Qualified and experienced teachers
  • An average of 5 students per class
  • CLE has been in operation for more than 30 years
  • Classes with motivated adult students
  • A region where French is spoken without accent

After several years of teaching abroad, Isabelle and Hervé Aubert returned to France in 1985 to create CLE Tours. They wanted to create an environment ensuring students would have the most favorable conditions to achieve their goal of learning French.

They succeeded in creating a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere with their attention to each student’s specific needs. To accelerate the learning process there are never more than 7 students per class – an average of 4 during winter and 6 during summer. Each student benefits from the intimate environment which encourages specific individual growth.  CLE will quickly feel like home and create a positive working atmosphere for your needs.

Clé offers students who want to study for the DELF or the DALF a specialized package.
